Podiatry Care for aged care facilities across NSW

Sole Point Podiatry partners with aged care homes to deliver reliable, on-site foot care for residents. Regular visits, consistent clinicians, less admin for your staff.

Why Facilities Choose Sole Point

Podiatry support built around how aged care facilities actually operate, not the other way around.

Aged care residents often have complex foot health needs, and coordinating external providers can be a burden on care staff. Sole Point Podiatry works directly with facility managers and care teams to set up a schedule that fits your residents and your operations.

  • Regular on-site visits, scheduled around your facility’s routine
  • One point of contact for bookings, not a different provider for each resident.
  • Clinical documentation provided for care plans and compliance records.
  • Experienced in treating high-risk and complex presentations common in aged care
  • Fully insured, with documentation ready for accreditation and audits

Services Provided On-Site

Residents receive the same standard of care they’d get in a clinic, without leaving the facility. Our team handles general nail and skin care alongside diabetic foot assessments and ongoing management, two of the most common needs in aged care settings.

For residents at higher risk, we provide wound care and monitoring, footwear and pressure area assessments, and mobility or gait reviews where falls risk is a concern. Every visit is documented, so your care staff always have an accurate, current picture of each resident’s foot health.

Compliance & Documentation

Every visit is recorded against our standard clinical documentation, giving your facility a clear audit trail for accreditation and care plan reviews. We carry full professional indemnity and public liability insurance, and can provide certificates on request for your records.

When a resident’s condition changes or your facility refers a resident for podiatry care, we liaise directly with your care team to ensure timely assessment and follow-up.

Flexible Funding for Facilities and Residents

Private fee and bulk-billed Medicare-funded podiatry services are available, with treatment schedules tailored to each resident’s clinical requirements, and care provided at a frequency that suits both residents and the facility.
